AEI Consultants is currently looking for an entry level Property Condition Assessment Project Manager within our Building Sciences and Engineering division. The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering with experience conducting and writing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and other related services.

Environmental Project Manager, Site Mitigation

The successful candidate is a Geologist or Engineer with approximately 3+ years of experience in performing and managing Environmental Subsurface Investigation and Remedial Investigation services, and will have demonstrated success implementing this work in the context of deadline-oriented Environmental Due Diligence markets, property development, as regulated sites.

Role Overview

  • Conduct field investigations including soil groundwater sampling monitoring, field measurements, and site evaluations.
  • Will travel to project sites across Texas and surrounding states.

    Embedded EHS Specialist
    Northern California Region: Walnut Creek or San Jose - Full-time

    The Embedded EHS Specialist will be dedicated to working for one to several clients serving as an outsourced EHS Manager/Specialist for these operations. The EHS Specialist will work at the client’s facilities, typically providing oversight of the environmental, health & safety programs.     • Experience with Phase II Subsurface Investigations and/or Remediation Work is a plus
