The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in performing and managing various aspects of Environmental Subsurface Investigation and Remediation services. We are seeking a professional, dedicated, and enthusiastic addition to a collaborative office environment. The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
Soil, groundwater, and soil vapor investigation experience, including field techniques and report preparation
Experience with environmental remediation system operation and maintenance, groundwater and soil vapor monitoring, and familiarity with common remediation technologies; system design and installation experience a plus
Environmental due diligence investigations and related research
Knowledge of the principles and practices of environmental investigations and of environmental regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the performance of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (PHI ESAs) and will have superior writing skills. Performance of similar due diligence types of work will be required in conjunction with PHI ESAs under the supervision of an Environmental Professional. We are seeking a professional, dedicated, enthusiastic addition to a collaborative office environment with the following experience, skills and attributes:
Experience (2+ years) performing PHI ESAs
Have a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering or geology-related science
Have extensive knowledge and experience in assessing various property types (including but not limited to gas stations, dry cleaners, printing facilities, industrial and manufacturing sites, and automotive repair and body shops)
Experience in evaluating all types of environmental regulatory cases, such as Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST), State Hazardous Wastes, Envirostor, CERCLIS, and NPL sites
